  • Strength & Conditioning: 3-4x/week

Mondays: 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Tuesdays: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Wednesdays: 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Thursdays: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Fridays: 7am, 8am, 4pm, 5pm

Saturdays: 9am, 10am, 11am

Personal Training provides you with personalized programming, in person and video technique critique, available online coach if your travel between training sessions and a available trainer to contact for Q&As. It’s designed for maximum customization and personal attention. If you’re looking for the most supportive, individualized way to get started in weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning or weight loss, this is it.

Small Group Training Programs
Want to fix your weightlifting, bodybuilding or powerlifting technique? Want to improve your power and efficiency with other like-minded lifters? Intimidated in a gym and need someone to teach you the basics of how to lift weights? We’ve got you covered with Small Group Training!


Small Group Training provides you with individualized programming no matter who's in your group, 8 members per class (maximum) to allow 2 coaches every hour to give you personalized feedback. Sign up for 3 to 5 classes per week depending on your program. We are open 6 days a week, morning and evening hours. Train with us using consecutive, periodized training programs in an 12-week or 24-week block. If you have a competition or specific goal in mind, we can customize your program to fit your goals.  If you are interested in competing, Validus sponsors all competitors and will prep you through your training, no matter what level you are. You also receive discounted rates for monthly Nutrition Plans and Deep Tissue Sports Massages!


At the beginning of each program, we will discuss proper technique, specific goals, how to mobilize and properly warm up and cool down. The next few weeks you will be guided through your individualized fitness program and shown how to document your progress. At the end of the program, week 12 or 24, you'll have a chance to test your progress, comparing your initial results to your final successful and improved results!
