If you have an athletic event or competition coming up and you need coaching, contact us. We can customize a training program for you!

Our Semi-Private Group Training Programs provides you with individualized programming no matter who's in your group. We limit our classes to eight members per class to allow our coach to give you personalized feedback. Sign up for 3 to 5 classes per week depending on your program. Train with us using consecutive customized training programs in an 12-week or 24-week block. At the beginning of each program, we will discuss proper technique, specific goals, how to mobilize and properly warm up and cool down. The next few weeks you will be guided through your individualized fitness program and shown how to document your progress. At the end of the program, week 12 or 24, you'll have a chance to test your progress, comparing your initial results to your final successful and improved results!


If you are interested in competing in Body Building, Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting, Validus will prep you through your training, no matter what level you are.
